Given that the transport assessment in the Vauxhall Nine Elms Battersea Opportunity Area Planning Framework identified problems of peak and off-peak congestion in the ticket hall, lack of step free access and a failure to realise the benefits of a third escalator at Vauxhall Underground station, what plans are there to improve the service given to the 44,000 or so passengers passing through the station on an average weekday?
