When we last met when you appeared in front of the Assembly, you revealed to me, as somebody who lives under the flight path, this surprising idea that no flights land at Heathrow between 6.00am and 6.20am and that there was a moratorium on that. I just wanted to explore a bit more the interaction with gangs because you are right, Mr Mayor, that the anti-gang command or the new Trident Command, as it was, was launched at the end of 2011. Obviously, there would have been a bump in activity, arrests and convictions during the early part of 2012. It is absolutely true to say that the police are less likely to take severe action on their toys, buildings and all the other bits and pieces if they are not constrained in some way as they are around numbers.
