    In Lambeth, adult refugees and asylum seekers are struggling to create Oyster accounts because they do not have the documentation required by TfL. Travel to appointments, such as English language classes, is critical for the successful settlement and wellbeing of these new Londoners. What are you doing to ensure TfL makes it as easy as possible for asylum seekers and refugees to access TfL transport services, including consideration of a discounted fare?
