    Has the Mayor reviewed his position with regard to the statues of General Sir Charles Napier and Major General Sir Henry Havelock in Trafalgar Square? Does he agree that placing a plaque beside the statues, explaining the achievements of these two Generals to 21st century citizens, would be a more appropriate course of action rather than pulling them down, especially as one of these statues was mainly funded by subscriptions from soldiers?
