You said when elected that you would fight for a better deal from Government for Londoners, however London boroughs are set to lose £13 million next financial year and thorugh the callous manipulation of statistical data London will be deprived of a further £140 million over entitlement through the neighbourhood fund over the next three years. Your support for reserving 50 % of all of London's housing sites for the development of affordable housing has been decribed as being unworkable because of the financial burden this will place on developers. The proposal is likely to discourage rather than encourage much needed house building in London.
