    BAA plc is committed to increasing the modal share for air passengers from the current 33% using public transport to 50% and from 19% of airport employees now travelling on public transport to 25%. Are you aware of what BAA's timetable is, and whether there is a publicly accesssible Action Plan for achieving both these targets and the full range of air quality measures identified in the Mayor's Draft Air Quality Strategy? .

Can he identify which groups of motorists would actually be discouraged from driving to the airport once he has taken into account the proposed exemptions and excluded from his calculation those motorists already charged for parking?
