    In your meeting with Stephen Byers on the 7th November, did you bring up the issue of the insufficient funds passed to TfL for street management by the government (Derek Turner has informed me that the shortfall is estimated at £25 million) which has meant that TfL have been unable to fulfil promises for funds made by the Highways Agency for essential maintenance works to roads in Redbridge, Havering and Waltham Forest?
