Will the Mayor share with this Assembly any advice on the funding arrangements for the proposed East London Road River Crossings which he has recieved from TfL? Will the financial arrangements and the potential negative impacts (i.e. opportunity costs) of the crossings on a range of smaller TfL schemes, be part of the public consultation process? .

Has TfL carried out their own assessment of the environmental, economic and traffic congestion impacts of the proposed East London road river crossings?
