    It is recommended that essential civil infrastructure is not constructed in areas where there is a risk of flooding . Are you confident that the new development planned for the Thames Gateway can be supported by sufficent local hospitals, ambulance stations, fire stations and police stations? .

    What role do you see the Draft London Plan in promoting good planning practise to help design out crime and anti-social behaviour? In one part of my constituency near Norwood Junction station, we are unfortunately cursed by a good deal of anti-social behaviour down the pathway down the side of the railway station. I have been disappointed by our planning development of homes which turn their back on the pathway, so limiting the amount of self-policing that would have occurred from the development providing a view over the pathway for residents.     Will the Mayor agree that there are massive discrepencies between the content of the first edition of 'The Londoner', and the Budget Committee papers of 15th November 2001, which state the objectives of a GLA magazine as contributing, "to raising awareness of the work of the Mayor, the London Assembly and the GLA Group."? .

    How much money was spent on adaptations by the Greater London Authority or outsider contractors to Romney House during the GLA's occupation of the building and how much additional money has been spent on City Hall to bring it to standard since deficiencies were identified and brought to your attention? You made a pledge that all facilities staff (for example, post room and security staff) would be employed "in-house" by the Greater London Authority as an exemplary employer. Have you managed to fulfil this pledge and if not where and why not? .
