The lead on this is a local Labour councillor, Des O' Neil and I know he will be thrilled to get your support for extra resources to fund more of the same. .

    London has the highest rates of respiratory disease and TB in the UK. There are 237,100 unfit dweliings on London that require major works. (29,630 are borough properties, 8,450 are Housing Association properties and 197,830 are privately owned). How does the GLA intend to work with property owners to bring all dwellings up to a fit standard ? Will GLA ensure all those properties in local authority ownership at least, are brought up to standard by the Governments target date ? .
