Have you made any assessment as to what effect the congestion charge will have on road injuries and fatalities? Can you assure us that you will measure and publish comparisons of road traffic accidents before and after the introduction of the congestion charge? Including breakdowns on age, gender, and ethnicity and whether or not the accident takes place inside the zone, outside the zone, or near the boundary? .
