    I declare an interest in this matter as a user of the service. For route 64, a new quality incentive based contract (retained by Metrobus) commenced in August. Frequency enhancements were made at that time - from every 10 minutes to every 8 minutes in the peak/daytime on Mondays to Saturdays and from every 20 minutes to every 15 minutes at other times. However peak time loadings are still such that residents have to let one or two buses pass by with no space on them to board. What can be done to tackle this problem? Is there a problem...
