    Why is Ruislip Manor Station being effectively rebuilt, with apparently no plans whatsoever to install any facilities for the disabled?

    Can you explain why Barnet council received no funding from TfL in the recent BSP spending allocations for: 1) the London Cycle Network (+); whereas neighboring Camden received £1.1m; 2) travel awareness, whereas Harrow got £45,000; 20mph zones, 3) whereas Enfield got £395,000; education and training, 4) whereas Harrow got £150,000; 5) walking, whereas Harrow got £200,000; 6) town centres, whereas Enfield got £200,000 and 7) streets for people, whereas Harrow got £175,000? Does the narrow range of topics for which Barnet has been allocated funding reflect a failure to bid for money, or are there other reasons?
