    Do you agree that it would be unacceptable to locate a concrete batching plant (such as that proposed for Hornsey) outside a strategic employment location, given the associated dust and noise? Given that such a plant is likely to prejudice the surrounding residential use of land and your policies for higher density housing will you be making representations to Haringey Council regarding the current proposal?
