    Is the Mayor completely happy with the 11 Primary Care Trusts (Hammersmith and Fulham, Haringey, Islington, Barking and Dagenham, City and Hackney, Newham, Tower Hamlets, Greenwich, Lambeth, Lewisham, Southwark) that will receive funding priority for new public health schemes before the others? Is this largesse an example of political favouritism?

    You are aware no doubt of the Heath Robinson arrangements that exist at the present time when Met Police officers are required to go down any of the S12 stations (123 of them), whereby officers must ask an LUL member of staff with a radio communicator to accompany them or seek to borrow an LUL radio so that Met Police will have communicaion underground to a control room, albeit not their own.
