    • Reference: 2004/1066
    • Question by: Jenny Jones
    • Meeting date: 15 September 2004
In your response to my question 1971/2003 regarding compensation on the building of the M11 link road, you stated that "the current expectation is for all outstanding claims on this scheme to be determined by the end of 2004." Is this still the aim and expectation? How do you respond to the suggestions made by local people that the more expensive properties have been treated very fairly, but those living in the cheaper properties are being offered very little.

Is it right that TfL have a target of 6.3% of their roads not needing major repairs and a much less stringent target of having nearly a quarter of their footways in need of repair? Do you believe that pavement repairs on the TLRN are currently given the same priority as road repairs in the TfL business plan?
