Given the large number of meetings of the TfL Board which have taken place in the past year (33 altogether in the last year according to Bob Kiley at the meeting on 1st December 2004), a significant number must take place in private session. Does Nicky Gavron's position as an observer at the Board's meetings also entitle her to attend these private meetings? If so, why can this right not be extended to other Assembly Members?

Could the Mayor explain how much the latest pay and conditions deal struck with the RMT is going to cost London Underground?
