    The Guardian on 24th November suggested that the 35-hour week negotiated with London Underground station staff `permits all-night services on New Year's Eve and paves the way for later running on Friday and Saturday nights'. What are the consequences for this deal if, for whatever reason, these benefits for customers do not transpire?

    Given the large number of meetings of the TfL Board which have taken place in the past year (33 altogether in the last year according to Bob Kiley at the meeting on 1st December 2004), a significant number must take place in private session. Does Nicky Gavron's position as an observer at the Board's meetings also entitle her to attend these private meetings? If so, why can this right not be extended to other Assembly Members?

    Could the Mayor explain how much the latest pay and conditions deal struck with the RMT is going to cost London Underground? What would the impact be if the same pay and conditions are extended to Aslef? What in the London Underground budget is going to have to be sacrificed in order to pay for this?
