Do you agree that your welcome "Safeguarded Wharves on the River Thames" needs a to be complemented by a similar policy for wharves on other London waterways?

    Are you aware that the implementation of the 'Waste by Water' project in Hackney (which would see waste transported on the River Lee) has stalled at a critical stage through lack of funding? What can you do to ensure that start-up funding is available for the Hackney project, and for the wider project which would include waste from Camden and Islington?
