Will residents in areas outside London in which events are being staged also benefit from the same privilege?

    Could the Mayor comment on the practicality of Londoners being able to renew their Freedom Passes once every 4 years rather than the present 2 year limit? It has been suggested that such a move could potentially save costs on administration, distribution and hiring of buildings.
