    • Question by: Len Duvall OBE
    • Meeting date: 14 September 2005
Further to my question (number 1123/2005) would the Mayor agree with me that if injuries on buses are so rare, that TfL should set up a compensation fund for those bus passengers that are injured when the operators are not liable. Passengers pay to travel on London Buses and should not find themselves permanently injured and out of pocket through no fault of their own.

    • Question by: Len Duvall OBE
    • Meeting date: 25 May 2005
Do you think that community relations in London have been helped by the leaflet put out by Assembly Member Andrew Pelling in his Croydon Central constituency accusing the government of 'unlimited immigration' and urging voters to vote for him as the only way of preventing 'unlimited immigration', Does this not pander to racists elements in London whose only desire is to exploit immigration and asylum in order to stir up racial tension?
