    Could the Mayor explain why TfL deems it necessary to introduce a very short bus lane on Norwood Road in order for a pedestrian crossing to be installed at the busy and dangerous junction at Lancaster Avenue/York Hill? Since the junction is already traffic light controlled, could he tell me the reason why it is necessary to change the character of the area by narrowing the pavements in West Norwood's main shopping area? What in real terms will be gained from installing the bus lane and preventing drivers from turning into York Hill from Norwood Road?

    Can the Mayor explain why it will take 3 years to upgrade a zebra crossing to a pelican crossing at the junction of Thurlow Park Road / Lovelace Road and Elmcourt Road when it is urgently needed? Pedestrians have been almost killed by motorists refusing to stop at this junction. Will the Mayor promise to ensure the upgrade takes place much sooner?

    Given that the Advertising Standards Authority has declared that blue is NOT "the new pink", what plans does the Mayor have to ensure that Oyster cards are accepted in the same manner as one-day Travelcards on National Rail routes?
