    The BSP guidance this year states that as a condition of funding for every scheme over £15K the TfL logo and /or the 5year Investment Programme logo (over £50K) should be included where the Borough normally display its own logo on any permanent or semi permanent structure, signage, project publicity or consultation materials. What further plans does Tfl have for spreading its signage?

    TfL at the BSP Seminar for the Boroughs in April announced that they were looking to encourage the Borough's not to install any traffic signal schemes over the next two years, but to look at alternative measures. There have been funding issues with signals over the last two years with unit costs not being fully recovered and the budget being fully spent part way through the year. This has caused disruption to installation programmes. What discussions have taken place with Councils outside the Greater London Boundary that are served by border crossing services to extend the use of Oyster cards and the facilities to acquire them to neighbouring areas?
