    Please explain the reasons for the siting by TfL of new lamp standards in the Upper Richmond Road West in East Sheen, and their swift subsequent moving, in some cases twice. What consultation has taken place (including with those with premises along the affected stretch), and is to take place? What are the costs of the work, and how much of this is cost attributable to abortive work? Does TfL propose to give an apology to those affected?

    In your report you state that: "I have agreed that the GLA will organise my St Patrick's day dinner at a minimum cost of £53,000 and the St Patrick's day parade at a minimum of £25,000 subject to sponsorship." Is it not more usual when budgeting for these type of events to set a maximum, rather than minimum figure for total spend?

    In August 2004, TfL's Network Management Group rejected plans to upgrade a crossing on Upper Thames Street. The current staggered crossing (in front of Vintners' Hall) means that pedestrians are often held on the central island between fast moving vehicles for up to 4 minutes. Will TfL reconsider its original decision and upgrade this crossing?
