    Why has TfL London Buses failed to reply to a letter from the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames Principal Transport Planner asking what funds they would require to maintain the 465 bus route at its current frequency so that financial support could be sought under a Section 106 agreement with the developers of the Linden Homes site? Is it your policy that bus routes should not be subsidised by private developers?
