    Can you confirm that you have seen the responses from residents to my london-wide letter to local newspapers concerning noisy tannoy announcements at Underground stations sited above ground, which were sent to Tim O'Toole? Following your helpful intervention at Earls Court station to sort the noise problem there, can you also confirm that you will ensure whatever action needed is taken to resolve this issue at all the other stations where there have been complaints, the majority of which have come from Chiswick Park, Ealing Common and Turnham Green as you will have seen from the details of the responses...
