    Following a number of serious accidents at the Tavistock Place/Marchmont Street Junction, due to the chronic delay in installing new traffic lights, will you now intervene in this matter to get them installed as quickly as possible, so that this section of road can be made safe for pedestrians and road users alike, and traffic flow can be improved?
