Residents of the Shoreditch Triangle find it difficult to understand why a congestion charge buffer zone has been implemented along almost the entire West London boundary, but not the East. Can you clarify what rationale distinguishes the discount zones in the West, yet does not apply to this part of East London?

Following the Public Carriage's Offices public consultation on signage for Private Hire Vehicles, further to my question to you 0472/2006 have you received the report from the Public Carriage Office?
