    Would you agree with me that a campaign to decrease anti-social behaviour on buses and trams, for instance playing music out loud on mobile phones, would be most effective if posters were displayed on buses and trams as well as at stops, shelters and stands?

    At Mayor's Question Time on 15 November the Mayor stated that TfL would be amending regulations so that PCSOs could enforce rules banning people from playing music out loud on buses. Could you elaborate on this and let me know when this change will come into force?

    One of my constituents, Yvonne Levy, tells me that there is a huge barrier to buying an annual Travelcard at a student discount rate. "It is a Catch 22 sort of situation in which the student has to get a student card or an official letter confirming his/her student status from his university before applying for a student Oyster card.
