    I have had a commentary back from the Southwark Disablement Association. They tell me that the replies to my questions to TfL, through you Mayor, were misleading: ''First of all the hours of operation are highly inaccurate. No trip is available prior to 8am or after 11pm. Dial-a-Ride are able to massage the statistics of refusals on cases where they are unable to provide service by offering an unrealistic time to clients, so they are bound to refuse the trip. By using this procedure, the refusal is logged as a refusal by the client and not as a Dial-a-Ride refusal...
