Has full funding been committed to this project? If so, how much has been committed from which sources? What is the timetable for completing this project?

    Changing the speed limit in Richmond Park to 20mph has reduced noise and air pollution, increased road safety, and made the park a more pleasant place to visit for Londoners. Will the Mayor now seek to ensure that the speed limit in other Royal Parks is changed to 20mph as well?

    While the Transport for London scheme to remove the eastern half of the Aldgate gyratory is due to commence shortly, the City of London scheme to remove the western half of the gyratory now has no funding following the withdrawal of Section 106 monies from private developers. Will the Mayor commit to securing the funding which would ensure that the western gyratory is returned to two-way working within the next three years?

    Are you aware of the rapid rise in the numbers of pedestrians and cyclists who were killed or seriously injured in the City of London between 2005 and 2006? Given that the temporary closures of escalators at Bank, Tower Gateway DLR, and the East London Line will mean that even more people are walking in the City, will you agree to block the City's Local Implementation Plan until it includes a large 20mph zone and traffic calming?
