    In your answer to 2470/2007 you say (referring to LDA grants): 'Decisions on grant funding projects are usually only referred to board if the total grant is in excess of £4m and/or they are unusual in nature.' However, in response to my question 2597/2007 you say: 'LDA regulations require that any grant award in excess of £5m must first be approved by the LDA Board.' Can you clarify if the level at which a grant must be referred to the LDA board is £4 million or £5 million?
