    I have been very distressed to see the trouble which wheelchair users and the frail suffer to get a taxi either into or near City Hall. City Hall is reasonably accessible internally but getting in and out of the More London Bridge site is clearly a nightmare for disabled visitors. The signage is poor and security staff do not know what the rules are or what our policy is. Can you please ensure the Chief Executive gives priority to sorting this out with More London Bridge?
