    Planning permission to TfL or their agent was granted in November 2008 for a toilet cabin opposite 371 Friern Road, SE22 in Southwark, for the use of bus drivers. After a year no construction has started, or works completed, and this is causing anti-social problems in the locality. Can you advise why the construction of this cabin has been delayed?

    What is your reaction to plans by the Association of Train Operating Companies (ATOC) to increase the cost of transporting Freedom Pass holders by 25 per cent, with the effect that the amount London's boroughs pay to the train operating companies will jump from £12 million in 2009/10 to at least £15 million in 2010/11?
