    What instructions are bus drivers given about permitting buggies for twins to be taken on board London buses and for them to use the space for wheelchairs - as it is reported that many drivers are refusing to take such buggies unless they are folded ?

    Now that Oyster will be available on national rail as well as TfL services, can the system be adjusted so the One-Day Travelcard can be loaded on to it, in much the same way as a weekly, monthly or annual ticket can currently be loaded on to the Oystercard ?

    While we understand the need to preserve commercial confidentiality, is it possible for you to give a 'ballpark' figure for the cost to London Councils of extending the Freedom Pass to 24-hour use on national rail services in London ?

    Will you instruct Network Rail, TfL, Tube Lines, First Capital Connect, Thameslink, London Overground to communicate directly with councillors in the boroughs affected with rail closures at weekends and for longer periods? Do you share my astonishment that the idea of communicating direct with elected councillors was not a course of action that London Overground had considered or exercised?

    Are you alert to the effect on takings and business experienced by traders in West Hampstead and Kilburn with the repeated closure of West Hampstead (Overground and Jubilee) and Kilburn Tube and Brondesbury Overground Stations? Will you authorise compensation payments to those negatively affected traders where the works have been extended or delayed?

    Can you instruct TfL to ensure that all stations suffering weekend closures have station specific leaflets on the closures available all week and weekend that identify a) the precise closures for the coming month b) the bus replacement provision c) precise maps of the bus replacement pick-up locations d) signs at the bus stops confirming if they are indeed the locations for the replacement buses and e) the alternative bus, train and Tube routes that might already exist and are available?
