    TfL are seeking a judicial review against the premium levied by the PPF against the likelihood of the pension plan becoming insolvent and argue that instead of £9m in 2009 and 2010, it should be £252,000 instead. Since the PPF was created in 2005 how much does TfL estimate it has been forced to over pay? Have the other GLA Group members faced the same problem?

    Will the Mayor congratulate London's boroughs on increasing their collective household recycling rate to 29% in 2008/09, from 25% in 2007/08, and Bexley and Harrow in particular for achieving the highest annual recycling rates in London of 51% and 43% respectively? What more needs to be done to improve recycling in Newham and Tower Hamlets, which have the lowest rates in London?

    TfL employees are having money deducted from their monthly earnings in order to pay the TGWU Fairshare scheme. A TfL employee has complained to me that he is losing money and he has no say in the matter. The TGWU justify this by saying non-members benefit from the services they provide but the complainant does not support TGWU nor has given permission for these amounts to be deducted.
