In tendering for a successor to Metro's contract with Transport for London, which concludes in March 2010, would the Mayor ensure that the new contractor is responsible for the collection and recycling of all discarded newspapers on the TfL network, as well as uncollected newspapers, so that TfL resources are not used for this purpose?
