Will TfL make greater effort to consider public safety and perception of safety, outside the network, for transport users when planning long-term maintenance work at tube and rail stations? For example, the ongoing maintenance work at Blackfriars means people have to use Temple and Mansion House stations. Members of the public have found these routes poorly lit and perceive them as unsafe compared with using Blackfriars.
