Does the Mayor agree that the approaching crisis in the UK's energy supply forecasted in Ofgem's Project Discovery report, published on 3rd February, which could lead to increases in energy bills of up to 25% by 2020, is the result of a lack of Government action or investment in energy infrastructure in the past decade? What is being done in London to reduce the likelihood and effect of a potential energy crisis, and to ensure that the lights are kept on in London?
