The Mayor is due to offer a Greener Vehicle Discount of 100% of the congestion charge to cars that emit 100gCO2/km or less and meet the Euro 5 standard for air quality. Does the Public Carriage Office provide a licence to each applicant who meets the requirements, or does the number of licences it grants reflect the demand for taxi journeys from the public?

Following the Resolution Advisory Panel's recommendations, can the Mayor note that the Lfepa Chair has managed to finally resolve a dispute that had been going on for 5 years?
