    A large number of my constituents have complained that the Regent's Canal towpath has become a 'no go' area for pedestrians because of dangerous and intimidating behaviour by rush hour cyclists. Many of whom do not seem to be aware of the 'Two Tings' campaign that was introduced in 2007. What are the various options that have been studied by Transport for London and British waterways to solve this problem?
