Given that London Bridge and Waterloo are two of London's busiest stations, particularly with tourists who visit many nearby attractions, why are there no plans to build Visitor Information Centres to replace the ticket offices scheduled for closure? Will you reconsider these stations?

I have received complaints from constituents of significant overcrowding at Finsbury Park station, with commuters being advised to take buses instead. What is TfL doing to tackle this overcrowding, and to ease the situation for already hard-pressed passengers?

While I am aware that TfL planned closures of the Jubilee and Metropolitan Lines months in advance, the date for the women's international friendly was set in August, giving ample time to review the situation. On the day, signalling failures led to the closure of Wembley Central, leaving no Underground station open and only one mainline station open, causing chaos for many fans. Will you look into this incident, and provide further information explaining why the planned closures were not reviewed and how this will be improved in the future?

While I welcome the changes to TfL's fare structure which will help part-time workers, I am concerned that passengers who occasionally travel to central London from Zones 4-6 will be hit by significant increases in fares. The scrapping of the Off-Peak cap will lead to thousands of people paying more - will you review the proposals to give a fairer deal to these passengers?

The scrapping of the Off-Peak cap removes the incentive for passengers to wait until 9.30am to begin their journey. What work has TfL done to model the effects of this change on overcrowding?
