  • MOPAC properties (3)

    • Question by: Tom Copley
    • Meeting date: 17 December 2014
A recent press article referring to the planned sell off of the MOPAC's residential portfolio, said that MOPAC's housing arm 'was wrongly told all the tenants in blocks across the capital were on short-term leases despite many having lived there for over 50 years'. Why was there this confusion in MOPAC, when did they become aware of this error, and why has it taken so long for this to come to light while residents have faced months of uncertainty and the threat of eviction?
