Residents have been increasingly in touch to say that the service is performing badly in recent weeks.

    TSSA have said external BAME applicants who reach interview stage for senior manager (Band 4 posts) are 4 times less likely to be appointed that their white counterparts. Do you agree with this statistic and what is TfL doing to increase the number of BAME staff in the top bands?

    According to DfT statistics there were 1,292 accidents involving a Taxi or PHV in London during 2011 and 1,916 accidents in 2015. According to TfL there were 73,221 Taxis & PHVs in London in 2011 and 85,244 in 2015. This means in 2011 there were 57 vehicles for every accident compared to 44 in 2015. Do you agree that Taxis & PHVs are getting into more accidents in 2015 relative to 2011?

    Between 2011 and 2015 the number of taxis dropped by 58 while the number of PHVs went up by 12,061. Do you therefore think that the rise in accidents can be largely attributed to more PHVs on the road?
