  • Early Interventions in Tackling Fuel Poverty

    • Reference: 2016/4793
    • Question by: Leonie Cooper
    • Meeting date: 14 December 2016
One of the best ways to tackle fuel poverty is by looking at its root causes with interventions designed to identify the most vulnerable Londoners. There are a range of agencies from social services, housing associations to the LFB and others who interact with those at risk, but there is a lack of data sharing between partners. How can you as the Mayor encourage a more joined up approach that could prevent hundreds of thousands of cold homes in London?

  • Completing the Thames Path

    • Reference: 2016/4817
    • Question by: Leonie Cooper
    • Meeting date: 14 December 2016
In your manifesto you pledged the following: (I will) "Complete the Thames Path, working with boroughs, landowners and business to complete missing sections and protect access to what is already open. In previous answers you have said that TfL does not keep records of which sections are publically/privately owned and that TfL is not currently going to produce a map showing existing access rights. Would it not be helpful in order to deliver your manifesto commitment to have records of ownership and maps to encourage greater use? Will you reconsider this?
