    Thank you for your response to my question 2016/3093 where you said that the Metropolitan Police Service/Transport for London Traffic Law Enforcement Annual Report would be published in October 2016. To my knowledge this report has still not been published. Could you tell me what has led to this delay and the expected publication date?

    Transport for London (TfL) has been running a trial that uses people's mobile phones and other wifi-enabled devices to track crowd movement around 54 London Underground stations. The posters giving passengers information about this trial did not comply with Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) guidance on WiFi location analytics to give people clear information about the scheme or how to opt out.     I informed you in May 2016 with question 2016/1598 that key workers were suffering due to the long Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) waiting list. A constituent who is a qualified midwife has been waiting over four months to work because of these delays. What are you doing to ensure that we do not have vital key workers waiting this length of time?
