    A report by the Social Market Foundation has found that the national drop-out rate for university increased from 6.6% in 2011-12 to 7.4% in 2014-15. London is the worst performing region in England with a drop-out rate of 9.3% in 2014-15. What more can be done to help London's students stay in higher and further education?

    Can I congratulate the Mayor on his announcement about the next London Lumiere event, due to take place in January 2018. This wonderful night-time festival encourages people to see the city, literally, in a new light. Can the Mayor assure me that he will encourage participation in this extraordinary cultural event amongst all BAME communities across the capital; and that the GLA cultural team will work to secure this?

    In March, I welcomed the campaign by Transport for London, who are working in partnership with British Transport Police, the Metropolitan Police Service and City of London Police, to encourage people to report unwanted sexual behaviour on public transport. Please advise me how long this programme will last and will you evaluate and publish the results of this campaign?
