    Given the evidence that drug consumption rooms reduce drug use and crime, and considering the growing support of the initiative among experts in the UK such as: The Advisory Council on the Misuse of Drugs, The Association of Police and Crime Commissioners, Durham Police, North Wales Police, Glasgow Council and now West Midlands Police, do you now think it's time that London moved away from the failed war on drugs and look to a public health approach by introducing drug consumption rooms?
