    Proposal 17 of the Mayor's Transport Strategy states, "The Mayor, through TfL and the boroughs, will support the provision of car clubs for residents when paired with a reduction in the availability of private parking, to enable more Londoners to give up their cars while allowing for infrequent car travel in inner and outer London". What specific actions is the Mayor taking now to enable expansion of car clubs, in particular A to B models, to more Londoners?

    Car clubs are increasing Londoners' familiarity with electric vehicles and charging infrastructure, they will be an important part of raising Londoners awareness of both. Why has the Mayor not included any representation for car clubs on his Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure Taskforce?
