    With the delay to the Class 710 trains, Transport for London are proposing to use three 4 car electric Class 378 trains on the Gospel Oak-Barking Line as these are longer and cleaner. However, I remain concerned that once the last diesel train has gone, there will only be these trains to run a half-hourly service. Do you believe this is acceptable?

    Further to MQ 2018/2867, Network Rail have now announced that toilet charges will be scrapped from April 2019. Are you able to give an update into TfL’s review of toilet charges which was due in November 2018?
