According to a recent MHCLG report, there are 251 high-rise residential and publicly owned buildings identified with ACM cladding systems unlikely to meet Building Regulations in London, 72 in Greater Manchester and 137 in the Rest of England. Remediation is complete for 78 buildings in London (31% of all buildings identified in the capital), 38 buildings in Greater Manchester (53%), and 86 buildings in the Rest of England (63%).
